Indian Head Massage works on the upper back, neck, shoulders and head, which are the areas most vulnerable to stress and tension.

The massage begins with work on the neck to relax and release tension, moves on to the upper back and shoulder area to ease knotted muscles and stiffness. Next is a scalp massage, working through the hair, and this is followed by working pressure points on the face.

It improves circulation in the head, and induces a feeling of calm and tranquility. It brings a feeling of well-being which may ease stress-related symptoms.
